I’m a chef with 12 years’ experience spanning Michelin kitchens, fine-dining restaurants, high-end private catering and bespoke events, alongside my work as a qualified nutrition coach. I’ve cooked in demanding professional kitchens where precision, creativity and exceptional produce are non-negotiable, and I now bring that experience into private dining — creating food that feels refined and exciting, but still generous, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable.

My approach sits somewhere between fine dining and the food you actually want to eat: seasonal, ingredient-led cooking, beautiful presentation and big, thoughtful flavours without unnecessary fuss. My nutrition background also means I’m particularly comfortable creating menus around dietary requirements, individual preferences and different ways of eating without compromising on the experience.
