Experienced pizza/pasta/seafood chef. Can also facilitate lessons as I am a fully qualified teacher.
A professional chef/educator with close to 10 years experience in high volume kitchens. I enjoy making things with lots of gluten! (Pizza and pasta). With a seaside upbringing, I also love working with fish and using the most sustainable and local ingredients. I am a firm believer in simple food done well with the highest possible quality ingredients.
