Italian private chef with several years of experience cooking for UHNW and HNW families, wellness retreats and private clients across Europe and internationally. Grew up in a working restaurant kitchen in Tuscany — cooking is in my roots.

My style is fresh, seasonal and internationally influenced, with a particular passion for Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, Japanese and Asian-inspired dishes, and health-conscious cooking built around real flavour. I specialise in raw fish preparation (sushi, sashimi, crudo, tiradito), macro and nutrition-led menus, and elevated dinner party cooking that feels effortless for the host.

Whether it's an intimate dinner for two, a family gathering or a full multi-course tasting menu, I bring the same level of care, creativity and presentation to every table.

Based between Florence and Scotland. Available for private dining events, supper clubs, holiday bookings and ongoing household placements.

Az and Julia were wonderful . It was like having very talented friends entertain you for an evening. It made Caroline’s birthday celebrations

Az was outstanding from inception to finish. Her passion and attention to detail around her food is outstanding. The evening couldn’t have been any better in celebrating my wife’s birthday and having engaged with Az about the type of food and menu I know we would enjoy Az delivered way beyond expectation. Az really stands out as an exceptional hostess really talented but so engaging warm and friendly and was superb company throughout our evening I would also add she plays her role just right engaging at the right time but let us soak up the evening and the joyous food. If you are looking to book please doo not hesitate to engage with Az she will provide an exceptional evening for you!

Azhara was amazing. So friendly and engaging, and her food was absolutely delicious. Beautifully presented, our only disappointment was that we couldn’t finish it all! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a special dining experience.
