Detail-oriented chef with a wealth of experience. Known for attention to detail, love of food and extensive knowledge of culinary arts.
Professional chef of 9 years, having studied at Kingsway college Westminster. Working closely with Jamie Oliver in my early years whilst working at his father’s gastro pub. I have been a head chef in another locally well known gastro pub, before deciding to move over to the yachting industry in 2023, where I still work today, but take private booking in my time off.
Having worked all over the world from Antarctica to Svalbard and all in between, I bring world wide knowledge to all the dishes I create.
