Brian was an absolute joy to have cook for our family event. He really saved the day stepping into a job that he hadn't originally pitched for when that chef had cancelled. Considering this wasn't Brian's original menu choices he did everything to make sure it was what we had signed up for and at this point paid for. I can't recommend Brian more highly. He was so communicative and talked me through everything, working around the short time frames we had till the event. And the end result was a delicious meal cooked for us in our own home. As both first-time users of Take a Chef Brian made sure everything ran seamlessly, the food was fantastic and he left behind a spotless kitchen. Seriously, the food was outstanding and I can't wait to get Brian in for another occasion. Thanks Brian!
