I like to use my classical training to produce good well cooked tasty dishes, using local ingredients
I’m a 50 year old very experienced chef trained in France. Cornish, and have returned home to use the local ingredients in a classic and respectful way. I have worked in high end Michelin starred and have owned restaurants in France and opened/started many gastro pubs in Cornwall. Very happy now to be settled back to the Cornish way of life!
