I grew up baking every day after school, which sparked a lifelong love for food and cooking. My journey into the kitchen started with dishwashing on the Whitsunday Islands, a humble beginning that led me to become a chef. Over the years, I’ve cooked in a range of restaurants — from Asian to modern Australian — but I’ve spent the most time in Italian kitchens, where I fell in love with the balance of tradition, simplicity, and bold flavors.
Now, as a 23 year old Australian, I may not have as much experience as other chefs but If you’re interested I would be over the moon to have an opportunity to do what i love!
