My culinary journey began in South Africa in 2013, shortly after graduating and stepping into the professional kitchen with a clear passion for food and hospitality. From the very beginning, I knew cooking was more than just a career for me — it was a craft, a creative outlet, and a way to bring people together through unforgettable dining experiences.
Since then, I have built an international career that has taken me across several countries, allowing me to grow both personally and professionally as a chef. After starting in South Africa, I went on to work in Kuwait, America, and Dubai, gaining valuable experience in diverse culinary environments and learning from different cultures, cuisines, and service styles. Each destination shaped my skills and strengthened my ability to adapt, innovate, and consistently deliver high standards in fast-paced, high-pressure kitchens.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with highly respected hospitality brands, including the prestigious Four Seasons Resort, where I refined my approach to luxury dining, guest experience, and attention to detail. Working within such world-class environments taught me the importance of consistency, elegance, and excellence in every dish served.
One of the proudest highlights of my career has been being part of the pre-opening team for Atlantis The Royal in Dubai — one of the most talked-about luxury hotels in the world and recognised among the top 10 best hotels globally. Being involved in such a landmark project was an incredible milestone, giving me the opportunity to contribute to a world-class opening and be part of a team committed to setting new standards in luxury hospitality.
Today, I bring over a decade of international culinary experience, a strong work ethic, creativity, and a deep passion for exceptional food. My goal is always to create memorable meals that combine flavour, presentation, and genuine hospitality — whether in luxury hotels, private dining, or bespoke chef experiences.
