Hi there,
I'm Cristian, a chef from Venice with a real love for food. I grew up learning to cook from my two grandmas, one from Naples and the other from Venice, who passed down all the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine.
After finishing hospitality school, I started my career in fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants, where I built a solid foundation in both classic and modern techniques. In 2016, I moved to London to keep learning and growing, discovering new cuisines, cultures, and ways of cooking.
I'm passionate about using seasonal ingredients and love creating dishes that are rooted in tradition but always have a little twist. Cooking for me is all about sharing, connecting, and constantly exploring new ideas.
