I'm a professional chef from 20 years.
Started in Italy in 2010, in 2017 I started my adventure in London at Park Plaza Hotel with the youngest chef at Soho House. Specialized in Italian kitchen, I worked for a lot of middle eastern restaurant in London. Actually I'm a Lead chef at Kia Oval and Chelsea FC.
The last year, I collaborated in Rome with Jhonny Micalusi ristorante and Relais le Jardin
