One dish that best represents my approach is my handmade fresh pasta, filled with ricotta, spinach, and herbs, finished with a delicate sage and brown butter sauce. I’ve had the privilege of cooking for renowned celebrity chef Gino D’Acampo, an experience that reflects my ability to impress even the most discerning palates.
