Having worked in professional kitchens in London, Australia and New Zealand I am now sharing this experience by bringing it into the homes of hungry Londoners. I love to cook, both at work and at home. I thrive on learning about new food from around the world, having travelled to over 60 countries. My career has been focused around Modern European dining with many years experience with British food. Away from the professional kitchen I have created dishes from as far and wide as Japan, India, Thailand, Mexico, Peru, The Middle East and West Africa so I have a very versatile skill set.

Dan was everything we could have wanted for hubby's birthday dinner treat. The food and presentation were absolutely perfect. Dan was a delight - discreet, professional and above all, a great cook. Thank you for making our evening very special

I thought my kitchen would be too small to complete a comprehensive 4 course meal, but it was just amazing to see someone operate the kitchen with such confidence, and really make us feel like we were being treated in our own home! We had a wonderful time with Dan as our chef. Being catered from the comfort of our house was a great experience that I would happily repeat. Dan was amazing; very easy to engage with, yet discreet and fully autonomous in our kitchen. The food was great, tasty and well presented and he left a spot less kitchen. Dan was discrete yet attentive and found his way around the kitchen without any intervention from me (his presence in the house was a surprise). Where the food was very good, it was the level of a good neighbourhood restaurant rather than a gourmet experience that the price led me to expect. No complaints at all, it was wonderful, but didn't quite meet my expectations.

Dan was an amazing chef. The food was delicious and very well presented. The communication with him was great. He was also flexible with the menu offering different alternatives. I would highly recommend him.
