I would describe myself as a passionate, confident, chef who can skilfully plan menus, prepare outstanding food.
I’m a chef with 20 years experience. Finish 4 years gastronomy diploma in Poland. Since then I was working in many different restaurants, cooking mainly Italian Spanish and English food.
In 2022 I start to work as agency chef , when every week is a different challenge from working in school , wedding, pubs , restaurants and hotel.
