Born and raised in the East of England, I moved to London to pursue my career working at some of the best restaurants in the country. A humble and driven chef with a very strong fine dining background, and over 10 years experience in the industry. I have worked extensively at one and two michelin star level in London and three hat level (top accolade) in Australia.
