A warm and friendly chef that is passionate about pleasing people with my food.

My culinary journey is marked by a unique blend of classical techniques and bold, global flavours. With roots in European traditions, I like to create dishes that combine British-Welsh comfort food as well as Mediterranean and middle eastern small plates, ensuring a delightful experience through clean flavours and balanced textures. Previously refining my skills at esteemed establishments like The Lanesborough in London and The Chester Grosvenor, I also owned the celebrated tapas and Mediterranean restaurant, Shared Olive, in Hawarden. A former junior and senior chef of Wales and 20 years experience in the Welsh Culinary Team, my expertise has attracted notable figures, having cooked for Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, and various British prime ministers. Clients can expect a visually captivating and tastefully satisfying experience, perfect for any occasion.
