Eileen previewed our kitchen to gauge its adequacy for our dinner. She and her able assistant arrived at our residence early to start the process. When we arrived later, the whole house smelled wonderful as her menu was being prepared. The meal kept coming to us in waves of deliciousness.

The canapés, scallops, beef wellington (and sea bass for the 2 non-carnivores) followed by the best ice cream ever were all delicious. Eileen was very discreet so while enjoying a family dinner we hardly knew she was there. She was also super friendly. And the kitchen was immaculate afterwards thank you. A lovely evening for a family celebration.
