I'm a 35 years old Italian chef with 15 years of experiences working in hospitality environment. I have learned how to cook a long time ago supervised from the expert eyes of my grandmother in Italy and since I was a teenager I started to work in restaurants around Italy. I'm based in London since 9 years where I had the opportunity to grow as a person and professionally.
