I am a 37 year old Italian chef with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. My passion for cooking began in Italy under the expert guidance of my grandmother, where I developed a deep respect for tradition, ingredients, and authentic flavours. From my teenage years, I started working in restaurants across Italy, building strong foundations in classical Italian cuisine.

For the past 12 years, I have been based in London, where I have had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, working in high-level kitchens and refining my culinary style. My cuisine is inspired by the products and traditions of my beloved Italy, combined with modern techniques and attention to detail.
