I'm a head chef, with 15+ years experience in Italy, UK and Australia.
I enjoy cooking Italian food, using seasonal (and local, if possible) products, and making fresh pasta!
In my free time, I bake and cook!
I like fine dining, but I prefer a more intimate, familiar, home style cooking, where you can taste flavours and traditions.
