Hi! I am a professional chef for over 6 years. I was lucky enough to work anlongside amazing chefs who thought me a lot. From cooking and plating to managing a kitchen and working under stress.
I constantly like to challenge myself and question everything I do in order to reach the perfection. The most important part for me is the flavour. Familiar, comforting and heart warming.
