I am the owner and co-founder of a private dining company, with years of hands-on experience that has confirmed my passion for this unique and personal side of the culinary world. With nearly seven years spent in a Michelin-starred restaurant and a background working in some of the world’s most prestigious and luxurious hotels, I’ve had the privilege of serving celebrities, royalty, and high-net-worth families. I hold both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree, earned a competitive scholarship, and I am one of the few female head chefs under 30. I’m passionate, organised, and precise, always upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. I excel at creating personalised dishes and custom menus within just a few hours or days, tailored to each client’s tastes and needs. With a Level 4 Health and Safety certification and a highly communicative, client-focused approach, I ensure every dining experience is exceptional from concept to execution.
