I am a French Michelin-trained chef with more than 10 years of experience in fine dining and luxury hospitality. I began my career in Paris with Alain Ducasse, later joining his three-Michelin-starred Dorchester in London, where I refined my craft in one of the world’s most demanding kitchens.
Today, I work as a private chef for ultra-high-net-worth families, royal households, and distinguished clients worldwide. My cooking philosophy is rooted in French and Mediterranean traditions, with a strong emphasis on health, balance, and nutritional awareness. Whether it is a refined tasting menu, a family-style feast, or bespoke diet-based cuisine, I always design each experience around the unique lifestyle and preferences of my clients.
I am passionate about creating food that is elegant, seasonal, and full of flavour — combining the rigour of Michelin-level technique with the warmth and generosity of home dining.
