I am a chef, I studied in Florence at Apicius Culinary School. I am Italian, so I have a lot of experience with Italian food and natural ingredients, and that is what I enjoy cooking the most. I moved to Edinburgh to study Engineering, but my passion for food and cooking always brings me back to the kitchen.
