I've worked in the family restaurant for 38 years, doing pizza's and working my way up to become head chef for a few years till the restaurant was sold and became a personal chef. I've also worked in Italy as a pizza chef and last year I had 2 personal chef jobs in Italy cooking for wedding parties.
