I have spent the past 8 years working onboard 25m sailing yachts as chef. Now based back in Cornwall I love to cook fresh, delicious meals using good ingredients. I have experience cooking a number of cuisines but especially love Italian and Asian dishes. I am adaptable to cater to your desired tastes!
