About Me – Harry Moulding

I’m Harry, a chef who loves bringing people together around genuinely memorable food.

My career has taken me through some of the North West’s most respected kitchens, including the renowned Gilpin Hotel and Northcote Manor. I’m now Head Chef at The Emmott Arms, where I combine a deep respect for exceptional produce with thoughtful, seasonal cooking and beautifully presented dishes.

Private dining gives me the chance to make food feel personal. I create bespoke menus around each client, taking time to understand the occasion, your tastes and the kind of experience you want to share. From an intimate dinner to a special celebration or a relaxed evening with family and friends, I bring the care, creativity and attention to detail of a restaurant kitchen directly to your home.

For me, great private dining is about more than what’s on the plate. It’s about creating an atmosphere, making guests feel looked after and allowing everyone to enjoy the occasion without having to lift a finger. I’m passionate about using quality ingredients, cooking with the seasons and adding those thoughtful touches that turn a meal into a lasting memory.
