I'm an experienced chef of over 40 years & have worked in fine dining restaurants up to Michelin star level, I have been a lecturer at Colchester institute for 18 years training new chefs, I'm classically trained but enjoy exploring different cuisine from around the world. I'm a member of the Master Chefs of Great Britain.
