Manchester creative & lover of all cuisines

I am a professional chef with over 20 years experience. From large scale banquets to intimate fine dining experiences, my career has given me the opportunity to work at some fantastic places all over the world. I’ve delivered cooking classes to underprivileged families in Manchester, and run cooking competitions for kids in New York. I’ve been part of Manchester’s vibrant street food scene as Savage Cabbage - our menu featured salt beef, loads of different fermented brassicas, veggies & funky sauces, all made from scratch and we were featured by Waitrose, as one of the summer’s best new street food to try. I’ve also curated several private chef events both in people’s homes and for company incentives.
