Chef Jack Evans

I am a professional chef with 11 years of experience within a number of different cuisines as well as a background in mixology. Having worked in kitchens since the age of 14, I have cultivated my passion for cooking from within a creative and experimental personal and social time. As a result, my cooking is traditional yet elevated; expected, yet unexpected.

My specialty cuisine is Italian with an additional interest in British and American food. With a hands on education in an Italian kitchen for 8 years, I then moved on to be the Head Chef at a Brunch focused establishment where I have worked for a further 3 years.

Through the contrasting cooking styles I have harnessed to hone my personal approach, I have found myself to be a deeply personal and creative chef. This is what best places me to be a private chef and personalise my menus through a detailed and collaborative process.
