Humble, a little OCD (I just say organised), incredibly polite individual who doesnt like to follow the heard and just be himself.
I am a professional polite chef with over 20 years working in the hospitality industry front of house and back of house. I have allowed myself to gain the experience in all areas of hospitality including managing teams front of house as-well as in the kitchen and have loved both sides. although i find myself at home in the kitchen i equally enjoy conversing with guests of whom i am serving.
