Zero Mile Kitchen was founded by chefs Jamie Simpson and Jack Pellow, two Cornish chefs driven by a shared vision — to create fine dining experiences rooted in sustainability, locality, and genuine connection.
Together, we bring years of experience from some of the cornwalls leading kitchens, blending refined technique with a deep respect for the land and sea that surround us. Every menu is crafted from what’s grown, foraged, caught, or made within reach — championing Cornwall’s farmers, fishermen, and wild spaces.
Our philosophy is simple: nothing travels far. Every ingredient tells the story of where it came from — the soil, the shoreline, the hands that nurtured it — and every dish aims to celebrate that journey.
