Jessica is a talented private chef with a flair for creating exceptional culinary experiences through her seasonal and ingredient-driven cooking style. Drawing inspiration from modern British and European cuisines with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences, she crafts dishes that feel both fresh and a touch special. Jessica's culinary journey began at Le Cordon Bleu and blossomed through her roles in prestigious establishments such as The Beaumont's Colony Grill in Mayfair and The Engine Rooms in East Finchley. Her time at these venues enriched her expertise in refined French, European, and Mediterranean cuisines. As Head Chef at the first organic wine bar in Essex, she honed her skills in pairing seasonal Mediterranean-inspired dishes with organic wines.

She left kitchens to pursue private dining and has been doing so for several years, combining the rigour of professional kitchens with the warmth and discretion required in private households. Her work is rooted in thoughtful menu planning, seasonal produce, and creating dishes that feel personal and beautifully suited to each client.

Recognised for her discretion and culinary artistry, Jessica has catered to a host of high-profile private clients, including illustrious musicians, actors, Premier League footballers, and senior figures.
