I am a chef with a degree in Gastronomy and over six and a half years of experience in London, working in restaurants specializing in Latin American cuisine. Throughout this journey, I have had the opportunity to refine techniques, expand my repertoire, and intensely experience the professional kitchen.
My great passion is Brazilian food—flavorful, heartfelt, diverse, and full of history. It is this love that drives me and that I put into every dish I prepare, always seeking to combine technique, authenticity, and care.
