I’m a professional personal chef with over 20 years of experience across the USA, France and England. My cooking spans a wide range of cuisines, with a particular passion for fusion, bringing together flavours and techniques from different cultures. Alongside my culinary work, my career in the music industry has given me the opportunity to cook for many artists, celebrities and record company executives over the years. From intimate dinners to large scale events, I create menus tailored to each occasion and the people around the table.

I learned to cook in the warmth of family kitchens across England and the US, where recipes were shared through stories, instinct and generations of tradition. Guided by Sri Lankan, Indian, Jamaican, African American, Mexican and Greek cooks, I discovered the art of bringing people together through food, and found my own culinary voice in modern fusion, weaving flavours and traditions from around the world into memorable dishes, with depth and balance of flavour at the heart of every creation.
