I still get excited every time I step into the kitchen!

Cooking has been my passion for over 20 years, and I still get excited every time I step into the kitchen! Throughout my journey as a Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, and Head Chef, I’ve learned that food is much more than flavours — it’s about creating moments that people remember with joy.

I love bringing people together around the table with dishes inspired by international cuisines as well as comforting family-style meals. Whether it’s teaching a new recipe, adapting menus for kids and adults alike, or adding a creative twist to a classic, my goal is always the same: to make food fun, delicious, and memorable.

In my classes and experiences, you’ll find warmth, laughter, and plenty of opportunities to learn hands-on. I look forward to sharing my love of cooking with you and making every meal an experience to celebrate!
