Striving for consistency & elegance. Everytime.

Professional chef here with 10+ years Michelin experience. Starting out as an artisan baker in Cheltenham for 3 years working under an internationally credited baker at Salt Bakehouse under Dominic Salter.

Then moving to London to learn my trade as a chef under roux scholar, Kenneth Culhane (3years). Moving onto lucknam park under hywel jones (1 year), before moving to the coast and working for Fellow roux scholar

Simon Hulstone for a further 3 years. Life moved me and my wife back to Wiltshire, where I worked at Whatley Manor, under chef Ricky Weston (2 years). Now I am back at the elephant as the sous chef and have been back for over a year now & loving it. I recently entered in this years roux scholarship, a prestigious competition which is the biggest thing you can do in the UK, down from around 50,000 applicants I managed to get to the final 6.

I pride myself on cleanliness, professionalism & attention to detail. Trying my best to get to

More about me

For me, cooking is...

My life essentially, it’s not a job for me. More of a lifestyle. I couldn’t think of anything else I’d rather do.

I learned to cook at...

I have learnt my trade over the years under some of the best chefs in the country.

A cooking secret...

Work harder than everyone else.
