I’m someone you simply love food, beyond cuisines, recipes or fancy concepts, I appreciate nature itself and what she bring o us.
Cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember. After graduating in Food Production and Hospitality in Portugal, I moved to the UK to challenge myself in some of the country’s most demanding kitchens. Since then, I have progressed from Commis Chef to Junior Sous Chef, gaining experience in luxury hotels and high-end restaurants. I enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, leading by example, and continuously learning new techniques and cuisines. For me, great food is about bringing people together through genuine hospitality, attention to detail and care.
