I’m Josef Maleci, a private chef bringing the precision, creativity, and elegance of Michelin-starred cuisine into the intimacy of your own home.

With over 9 years of experience in some of the world’s most acclaimed kitchens across Italy, France, and London, I have developed a unique culinary identity that combines the refinement of French gastronomy with the authentic soul of Italian cuisine.

I’m a graduate of ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine in Parma, where I graduated top of my class. I refined my foundations under the guidance of renowned chefs, including Chef Mauro Uliassi. My professional journey has taken me through exceptional establishments such as Restaurant Uliassi, Le Taillevent in Paris, and Michelin-starred kitchens in London, including the Jason Atherton restaurant group.

I specialise in bespoke dining experiences, creating tailor-made menus that celebrate exceptional seasonal ingredients while combining contemporary technique with tradition and emotion. From elegant tasting menus to handcrafted fresh pasta and signature creations, every dish is designed to tell a story and create a lasting memory.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of cooking for some of the world’s most respected chefs, as well as distinguished guests including international figures, senior public personalities, and celebrities.
