Chef Jura Modrusan

I am professional, creative and innovative chef with 6 years of experience. After finishing Culinary School in Zagreb, Croatia in 2012. I immediately started to work. But in 2015. I decided that it is time for a change and I moved to England. I wanted to learn as much as possible and progress further in my career.

I worked in various places, from pubs, fine dining restaurants to high quality hotels. In each place I worked I learned something new about food and cooking, different skills and techniques. I am used to working in fast pace and busy environment as well as cooking for large number of people.

I love to prepare all kind of different meals and dishes. Everything from colorful and fresh Mediterranean dishes ( pastas, salads, fish...), traditional British meals ( currys, pies, roast...) to spicy Mexican feast.
