My name is kalea I’m 28 and I am from the beautiful island of Bermuda. I have spent the last 10 years of my career perfecting my skill and honing my craft. Though I believe I still have a long way to go I can promise that my work ethic and work rate will always show through my passion of being a chef no matter what I create. I’m a firm believer in always being true to yourself, the client, and the product. Without this then we have nothing to be passionate about nor stand for.
Being a chef is about taking risk by pushing your limits and expressing your true selfs potential.
Just as I take risk as a chef I am here today in hopes that you will do the same and allow me to introduce you to this beautiful world of being a chef through my eyes.
