Get to know me better

Passionate vegan chef keen to share my love for nutritious, unique and fulfilling plant-based whole foods.

I am a professional chef with ten years experience in hospitality, four of which I’ve spent full-time cheffing. I decided to switch to the kitchen because of how much I enjoy cooking at home. Every process involved in making any dish brings me joy and satisfaction (even the washing up!) as someone who craves physical dexterous work with their hands. I trained on the job and learnt quite quickly how to operate in a commercial kitchen, and have always enjoyed the fast-paced excitement of the work. My love is in experimental vegan cooking, exploring flavour profiles and how to make plant-based food as enjoyable, nutritious and accessible as possible.
