Get to know me better

STOREROOM founder Kelly cooks a point of view — West African flavours, reimagined. Trained in professional kitchens at Hicce and The Flute.

Kelly is the chef and founder of STOREROOM, a modern West African supper club built on a storeroom of pantry staples — baobab, tamarind, scent leaf, grains of selim, plantain. Her cooking is a point of view: West African ingredients and flavours, reimagined and reconsidered, not the traditional plate you might expect.

Protein-led and technique-driven — confited, seared, grilled, always precise — Kelly's food draws on time spent in professional kitchens at Hicce in King's Cross and The Flute in Soho. She has no formal culinary training; her craft comes from working kitchens and a relentless, self-directed curiosity about her own pantry.

Every STOREROOM menu is built with intention rather than convention. Expect confident technique, bold pairings, and dishes that don't apologise for doing something different with ingredients you may think you already know.
