My culinary journey began through the simple joy of eating and traveling. Living or spending time in different countries gave me a deeper understanding of traditional cooking:

- France taught me the pleasure of indulgence and savoring every bite.

- Italy revealed the art of simplicity, balance, and restrained flavor.

- Spain showed me the joy of sharing meals.

- Japan introduced me to the harmony between fresh and cooked ingredients.

- Los Angeles highlighted the importance of local sourcing.

- Venezuela, my home country, offered comfort, color, and a unique spectrum of flavors.

I can cook anything because I am curious and passionate about food from every corner of the world, always exploring new flavors, techniques, and traditions.

Combined with my training as an Ayurveda practitioner and my practice as a potter, these experiences shaped my belief that the best meals should be delicious, nourishing, and easy to digest.

This is why I prepare everything from scratch, using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients, thoughtfully crafted to balance flavor, health, and enjoyment.
