A graduate of Johnson & Wales in Providence, USA, Kerem refined his skills at prestigious establishments like Jean-Georges in NYC, Saison in San Francisco, and acclaimed Michelin-starred venues across London and Istanbul, such as Zuma, Story, and Sabor. His unique flair for crafting unforgettable dining experiences is strongly influenced by his passion for cooking over live fire, infusing dishes with a distinct depth of flavor. Kerem has had the honor of cooking for high-profile individuals like Giorgio Armani, Valentino Garavani, and Gordon Ramsay, highlighting his ability to tailor memorable experiences for discerning clients. Whether orchestrating an intimate dinner or a grand celebration, Kerem ensures an exceptional culinary journey that captures the heart of his diverse training and worldly expertise. And for the last 7 years he is running his own globally renowened catering and events company Awakened London, creating events from multi day celebral weddings to high end private dinners across globe.
