I started my career in 2006 in South Africa and have spent the last 11 years working in hotels, restaurants and now at Eclectic Catering. I have worked in South Africa, London an Toronto. I am extremely passionate about food and fresh seasonal ingredients. I use only organic, local and seasonal ingredients, and only the best that money can buy.
