For me, food is about passion, detail and connection. I work with the best ingredients to craft refined, wholesome dishes with a luxury feel.

I’ve been working in the food industry as a professional chef for over three years with two years of formal culinary arts training and a background in studying Nutrition which I plan to pursue further alongside my culinary career. My journey has included working as Head Baker in an organic café, as a Sous Chef in an Australian brunch restaurant and across multiple stations in fine dining hotel kitchens. I also founded and ran my own bakery business creating bespoke baked goods for private clients.

My main focus is private cheffing. I’ve cooked for wellness retreats in Sussex, hosted private dinners and catered events for luxury brands high-net-worth individuals and families in London. I manage everything end-to-end from menu development and sourcing ingredients to execution and presentation ensuring each experience is tailored seamless and refined.

I believe food is an expression of creativity care and passion. My style blends modern techniques with classic foundations using the best simple ingredients to create visually beautiful dishes with balanced thoughtful flavours. I aim to make every meal feel both indulgent and nourishing with a luxury finish.
