I am a private chef with over 15 years of experience working for various chef agencies in the UK and many different ski chalet chalets in France, Austria Switzerland and Italy. I have also been a personal chef for an Italian family for 3 years. I am self taught with no nvqs or higher qualifications but I do hold a current level 2 food hygiene certificate and have my own public liability insurance.
