I'm Italian and work as a private chef, I'm very passionate about food, and cooking is my passion as well as my job, even though it doesn't feel like a job as I really love what I do, so for it is more of a pleasure

I studied in college for three years then I started learning the trade of working in restaurants in Sardinia. Then at 22, I decided that I needed to see the world and work to learn new cuisines, so I went to live and worked in restaurants and hotels, then i moved to Australia as it is a foodies county with great food and Asian influence!!!!!

from there I travelled in Asia where ive did some cooking courses about local food , so ive learned great local recipes which i tresure in my cooking DIARY

I really love cooking dishes from all over the world and using tropical ingredients, i believe cooking should be fun, and finding the right formula for great dishes

recently worked in TEL AVIV, and I was amazed by the local food influenced by many countries like PERSIA MOROCCO BULGARIA!!!!!

ive been doing some tv programs in Milan challenging other great italian chefs, and ive learned a big deal of new recipes till then unknown to me. and i was amazed about the great recipes from all over the country
