Hi there! I'm Marcel Roman, Master pizza Chef

Hi there! I'm Marcel Roman, and for nearly two decades. I've dedicated everything to the art of pizza. My adventure began in Italy in 2006 when I was just 17. Since then, I've had the privilege of working and learning in countries like France, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and Romania, achieving the status of Master Pizzaiolo and perfecting a truly exceptional product. My passion and skill even earned me the title of Champion of Contemporary Pizza in Bucharest in 2019, specifically for the Best Neapolitan Pizza! After leading kitchens as a Head Chef in London, I've now settled in Birmingham with my beautiful family – my wife and two daughters. When I'm not at the oven, you can find me on the tennis court, fishing, watching a football match... and, of course, enjoying plenty of pizza!
