I am in love with the life,

Have experience working in the in the catering industry both front back of house.I am fluent in English & Italian ,I have previously worked for organisations based in Italy and the U.K

Where I have developed skills in health and safety, time management and food preparation and cooking.

I was living since last august in a vegetarian Community as a community chef.

I cooked for many groups and festivals including Togetherness 2018 which was 270 covers. More recently New Years Festival which I organised and cooked a three course Italian sit down dinner for 170 people with great success

Last five years I spent time to learn more about myself soul , body and mind . I realise how to use the power of the present moment ,

I love to cook organic vegetable and balance the meal.
