I’m a chef with over 20 years of experience in high-end restaurants and private settings across Italy and the UK. I’ve led kitchens as head chef at renowned London spots like The Wolseley, Wild tavern, Wild and I’ve cooked in exclusive private households, including Princess House. Specialising in Mediterranean and British cuisine, I’m passionate about creating delicious, thoughtful food that brings people together and leaves a lasting impression.
